Treasure of Andalusia & Morocco 10 days

FIRST DAY - MADRID - CÓRDOBA - SEVILLA

 Departure at 8:00 am through La Mancha to Andalusia, we will make a stop in VISO DEL MARQUES, in order to visit the Palace of Don Alvaro de Bazan, Spanish Renaissance jewel and General archive of the Spanish navy. We will continue towards Cordoba. City tour: the famous Mosque / Cathedral and Jewish Quarter. Then later we will go to Seville. Dinner and overnight.

SECOND DAY -  SEVILLA

Half board in the hotel. Morning city tour : we will go by  bicycle to the Park of Maria Luisa, Plaza of Spain, The University, The Golden Tower, the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the City Hall made in plateresque style and the Plaza del Salvador ..

Optionally possibility of extending the artistic visit that includes the Alcazar and the cathedral. Free afternoon.

Dinner and overnight.

If you love good food you can enjoy a guided tour of the historic center of Seville where besides enjoying the environment you will have the opportunity to see the foundation of tapas in our city. We will visit bars and taverns of long tradition in tapas made by the hand. We propose a tour by walk  exclusivly (not shared) and tapas in two establishments that combine local color and knowhow.

THIRD DAY - SEVILLA - RONDA - MARBELLA

Breakfast. Today in the morning we will make the famous route of the white villages of the Sierra de Cadiz. We begin by Arcos de la Frontera, to continue Zahara de la Sierra and reach the famous town of Ronda. Ronda links the threads that form the multicolored fabric of one of the most interesting cities in Andalusia.  The landscape, the urbanism, the history, the romantic legend of bandits, the place where were born the Spanish bullfighters and artists will always make of  Ronda a unique city.

 In the afternoon we will continue towards Marbella, located on the Costa del Sol where we will enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

FOURTH DAY -  MARBELLA - TÁNGER - RABAT - CASABLANCA

Breakfast. Departure towards Tarifa. Boarding on the fast ferry in order  to cross the Strait to Morocco.

Disembarkation and continuation by car for a panoramic tour of Tanger. Continuation towards Rabat, the capital of the kingdom of Morocco .. City tour to explore the Mausoleum of Mohamed V and the Hassan Tower. After the visit of these emblematic places, we will continue to the Kasbah of Oudaya and the famous Andalusian quarter, which will evoke places we have already visited in Andalusia.

Arrival at the cosmopolitan city of Casablanca.

Dinner and overnight.

FIFTH DAY - CASABLANCA - MARRAKECH

Breakfast.

Panoramic city tour and departure to Marrakech.

In the afternoon visit of the exotic Djemaa el Fna, denominated by the writer Juan Goytisolo as The Greatest Show on Earth, with incessant activity, musicians, dancers, snake charmers, etc. Dinner and overnight.

SIXTH DAY - MARRAKECH - MEKNES - FEZ

 Breakfast. We will continue with the visit of the imperial city and capital of the south, where are the Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs and Bahia Palace.

Departure towards Meknes, imperial city surrounded by 40 kms of walls, with the beautiful gate "Bab El Mansour".

 Continuation towards Fez.

Dinner and overnight.

SEVENTH DAY - FEZ - CHEFCHAOUEN

 In the morning city tour to stroll through its narrow streets of the ninth century. The old walled Medina is one of the largest in the world, considered as a World Heritage, with exotic corners, arches, mosques, madrassas, fountains and craft shops.

 

In the afternoon departure to Chefchaouen where we can enjoy this wonderful village in the Rif mountains with its houses painted in indigo blue and thousands of tones. Dinner and overnight.

EIGHTH DAY - CHEFCHAOUEN TANGIER - GRANADA

Breakfast. Departure to the port of Tangier to embark to Tarifa and transfer to Granada.

NINTH DAY - GRANADA

Breakfast.

Visit of the impressive monuments of the Alhambra with Nazarite Palaces and the Generalife.

Dinner and overnight. Optional visit during the evening to the caves of Sacromonte with flamenco show.

TENTH DAY - GRANADA - TOLEDO - MADRID

 Breakfast and departure towards the Imperial City of Toledo, full of history. Lunch and city sightseeing throughout its narrow streets and monuments. Continuation to Madrid. Arrival and end of services.
